Congress does Rail Roko against Moga Bus Molestation Incident

Ludhiana/Sirhind-Fatehgarh/Patiala: Several trains were delayed in various parts of Punjab on Saturday after Congress workers staged a ‘rail roko’ protest against the “deteriorating” law and order situation and “tardy” procurement of wheat.

Punjab’s Congress unit chief Partap Singh Bajwa along with party workers squatted on the Amritsar-New Delhi railway track at Sirhind and protested against the alleged “lawlessness” in the state.

The protesters sat on railway tracks from 12 noon to 1 pm and raised anti-government slogans during their agitation.
The ‘Rail Roko’ protest was also staged by Congress workers in Ludhiana and Patiala.
