New Delhi, May 28 (ANI): President Pranab Mukherjee will visit Sweden and Belarus next week, thus becoming the first head of the state to visit both the European nations to discuss bilateral and multilateral issues, said Ministry of External Affairs on Thursday. During the visit to Sweden, Mukherjee will call on Sweden King, His Majesty King Carl Gustaf XVI, and the Queen, besides interacting with Prime Minister Stefan Lofven, the Speaker of the Swedish Parliament as well as the leader of opposition. President Mukherjee would visit a Swedish smart city and would be briefed about different aspects of civic governance.
