Gauripur, June 30 (ANI): A major tragedy got averted after IED recovered from a railway track in Assam was defused by BDS through controlled explosion. The incident happened in Gauripur district of the state. The high intensity time bomb was placed in a plastic bag. Passengers informed the railway police about the unattended bag as soon as they found it. A few days back a powerful improvised explosive device (IED) was detected by security forces at Sonitpur district of Assam.
