Ranchi, June 22 (ANI): BJP leader MJ Akbar on Monday filed his nomination papers for Rajya Sabha seat in Jharkhand at the state assembly in Ranchi. Akbar was nominated by central election committee of the party on Sunday to contest the Rajya Sabha bypolls slated for July 2. State Chief Minister Raghubar Das was also present with the BJP leader during the nomination filing. Akbar also expressed gratitude on being nominated for the assembly polls.
