New Delhi, June (ANI): Congress president Sonia Gandhi on Tuesday slammed Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led NDA government for slashing financial programmes for states which are ruled by her party’s chief ministers. Addressing mediapersons after Congress chief ministers’ conference at party’s headquarters in New Delhi Gandhi said discussions were held on Northeast and UPA programmes.
