Ahmedabad, July 28 (ANI): Heavy and incessant rainfall causes water logging in Ahmedabad city with roads submerged completely in water, causing water-logging in several parts of the city and the suburbs during the last 24 hours. In a matter of just an hour, the city found itself submerged under water. Ahmedabad that had got used to heavy rains, this time found itself inundated after heavy showers lashed the city. The traffic on the Roads was slowed down to a snail-like pace between Gujarat housing boards to Express highway. The situation of traffic on the Express Highway was not any better. The lives of people have been disturbed tremendously due to heavy rainfall causing water logging and electricity cut. The sudden and heavy rains led to chaos on the road as water-logging blocked several roads leading to traffic and hampering lives of the people to a great extent.
