Rohtas, Aug 21 (ANI): Five women died and four were reported missing after a boat capsized in Sone River of Rohtas district in Bihar. Fifteen women passengers were on the boat during the time of accident. After the incident, 11 were admitted to the nearby Narayan Medical College and Hospital with injuries. The boat capsized when the women were on their way to an island in the middle of the river for agricultural purposes. Search operation to find the missing women is underway for which divers have also been called. The villagers, however, complained that there were no doctors when the rescued women were brought to the hospital. A villager even alleged that the five women died as they did not get timely treatment. The officials have assured action against the hospital authorities if the allegation of carelessness on their part is found to be true.
