Patna, Sep 1 (ANI): Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar negated Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s facts on tax devolution, and elucidated that the centre doesn’t have a choice to repudiate the tax disbursements entitled to the state governments and highlighted that it is not an obligation as well. Nitish also took a dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s declaration of Bihar package and said PM Modi just repackaged the existing packaged of Bihar.
