Rafiabad, Sept 02(ANI): A terrorist was shot dead by security forces on Wednesday in the encounter at Rafiabad in Jammu and Kashmir. The encounter has ended. The slain terrorist has been identified as Riyaz Ahmad of Brath Kalan, Sopore. Earlier, in an attempt to smoke out the terrorist that was hiding in the area, the Army used improvised explosive devices (IEDs) on the residence where the militant was believed to be hiding.
