Patna, Nov 20 (ANI): Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi on Friday said the new Bihar government is a secular one. He also said the credit for the victory in Bihar should be given to everyone (Grand-alliance). He was addressing a rally of workers in Patna. Nitish Kumar sworn in as Bihar Chief Minister today at Patna’s massive public ground, the Gandhi Maidan. The ceremony was administered by Governor Ramnath Kovind. The massive show of strength by parties and political leaders who oppose Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP included RJD Chief Lalu Prasad Yadav, Delhi Former Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, Delhi Chief Minister Arving Kejriwal, Jammu Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, National Congress President Farooq Abdullah. During the ceremony Lalu and Nitish posed in together for the photographs. The ceremony also saw the presence of Union Urban Development Minister Venkaiah Naidu and BJP leader Sushil Modi
