New Delhi, Nov 29 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi while addressing the nation in his ‘Mann Ki Baat’ program on Sunday expressed concern over the floods in Tamil Nadu where 184 people have lost their lives so far. Conveying sympathies to the people of Tamil Nadu affected by recent floods, he said heavy downpour and unseasonal rainfalls are also impact of global warming.
