Politicos react on GST deadlock in Parliament

New Delhi, Nov 27 (ANI): With the government and Congress at loggerheads on the passage of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Bill, Minister of State for Finance Jayant Sinha today expressed hope that this important legislation is passed in the ongoing Winter Session of Parliament. He added that the government was willing to consider the suggestion put forth by the opposition. Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Rajeev Pratap Rudy echoing similar sentiments said they support GST Bill for the betterment of the society. Biju Janata Dal leader Jay Panda, however, said if the deadlock over the GST Bill continues then it would heavily cost the country.
