New Delhi,Nov 27 (ANI): Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvion Friday described the ongoing Winter Session of Parliament as a ‘win-win’ session for the country and expressed optimism that all decisions related to the nation’s progress and development will be chalked out through a ‘constructive’ debate. We feel that the questions related to the nation’s development will take a positive course through constructive debate and it is a good thing for the parliamentary proceedings. Naqvi further said the ‘beauty’ of the Indian Constitution lies in the fact that the people could accept or reject the statement made during a debate in the Parliament.
