MUMBAI,Nov29(ANI): Former IPS officer YP Singh has said that action against Fatehabad Superintendent of Police Sangeeta Kalia sends a positive message to all the bureaucrats who are shirkers and inefficient in implementing the rule of law. Moreover he added that that the sort of transfer which has been done is administratively correct. The district collector and superintendent of police have to assume their responsibility.
