New Delhi, Dec 29 (ANI): Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi on Tuesday alleged that the criminals roam free in Bihar and asked Chief Minister Nitish Kumar to initiate necessary steps to curb crime in the state. Naqvi pointed out that the common people suffer because of the increase in crime in the state. Janata Dal (United) leader K.C. Tyagi, however, attempted to downplay the recent incidents and said that the Bihar Chief Minister had recently convened a meeting to take stock of the situation. Meanwhile, Congress leader P.L. Punia said it is extremely sad that such cases are taking place in Bihar.
