Visakhapatnam, Feb 07 (ANI): Addressing a gathering at the inauguration of the International Maritime Conference (IMC), Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar on Sunday said the Centre has fulfilled its promise over One Rank One Pension (OROP), adding that final tables released with regard to the same, cost the Government about Rs 7,500 crore annually. The OROP scheme is set to benefit over 18 lakh ex-servicemen and war widows.
