New Delhi, Feb 14 (ANI): The Congress Party on Sunday alleged that Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh’s unwarranted claims that the protests at the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) had the backing of Lashkar-e-Taiba chief Hafiz Saeed exposed the BJP-led NDA Government’s ‘inefficiency’. Congress leader P.C. Chacko said that giving such statements without having any substantial information reflects the government’s inefficiency. He also alleged that suppressing the voices of students through deterrent measures has been the style of functioning of the BJP led-government.
