Basti (UP), Apr 29 (ANI): A class-12 student Hamid Ashraf, a resident of Basti in Uttar Pradesh, has been arrested by joint team of CBI and railway’s vigilance department. Ashraf has been involved in a fraud of crores of rupees. He had created software and was using it to get tickets by hacking IRCTC website. Hamid used to book railway tickets using the software and had tied up with a number of people engaged in fake ticket racket all over the country.
