New Delhi, May 31 (ANI): Condemning the killing of a Congo student (Oliver) as “heinous” and “unacceptable”, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj on Tuesday said she met the delegation of African students and two leaders. She also clarified the air by saying that the incident is huge but it isn’t an incident of racial discrimination. She added that the day the incident took place; she sought a report from Lt Governor and was informed that two people have been arrested in the case.
