Srinagar (Jammu and Kashmir), May 27 (ANI): The Jammu and Kashmir assembly session was again stalled by the opposition parties over the Handwara killings. People held banners and raised slogans against the state Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti over the delay in magisterial probe of killings. Handwara witnessed massive clashes between the police and locals on April 12 after the news of a girl being molested by an army soldier spread.
