New Delhi, May 30 (ANI): Heavy rains and dust storm lashed the national capital and its surrounding areas bringing much relief to the people here on Monday. The mercury dropped to a pleasant 24 degrees Celsius after hovering around 45 degrees for the past few weeks. Several flights were delayed at the Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport due to bad weather.
