Muzaffarnagar (UP), May 30 (ANI): In another shocking incident, the Uttar Pradesh Police allegedly asked a widow to get married instead of filing a complaint against her step son and daughter-in-law. The shameful incident took place in Muzaffarnagar city. 75-year old Sharifan, who begs for a living, had gone to the Charthawal police station on Friday to lodge a complaint of torture against her step son and daughter-in-law, but instead of help, she was meted with humiliation. Sharifan said the cops should be punished severely.
