Trivandrum, June 27 (ANI): Last rites of sub-inspector Jaichandran, who lost his life battling terrorists in the Pampore attacks, were performed with full honours in his native city Trivandrum. Eight soldiers were killed and 24 injured after a Central Reserve Police Force convoy was ambushed by terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pampore town on Saturday. Two terrorists carrying AK-47s and hand grenades were shot dead in retaliatory firing.
