Panaji, June 25 (ANI): Goa Chief Minister Laxmikant Parsekar launched the SMS-based citizens seeking mutation services at their doorstep under the Digital India concept. Collector of North Goa Neela Mohanan said applicants will now receive status updates, during each step of the processing of their application, on their mobile phones. There will be online monitoring of the process which will ensure that the service is delivered in a time-bound manner.
