Guwahati, July 30 (ANI): Rubbishing the need for calling Assam floods as national calamity, Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Saturday emphasised on the need for an ‘action plan’ to deal with the natural disaster. Adding that Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal has given him a memorandum, Singh said Centre will deploy an inter-ministerial team to decide further course of action with regard to the same. The Home Minister, earlier today, conducted an aerial survey of several flood-affected regions in the state.
