Raipur, July 02 (ANI): Chhattisgarh Pradesh Congress Committee has today called a ‘bandh’ in Raipur to stage protest against the falling law and order in the state. The police administration led by state government had failed in all quarters and the criminals are making the field day. The situation is such that in broad day light the business community members and employees working with them are being looted or killed. The Congress Committee leaders alleged that Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh speaks of need for change in police department. Countering it, the leaders said that no one had put any spanner on home minister in going ahead with improvement.
