Dehradun, July 27 (ANI): Uttarakhand Chief Minister Harish Rawat, who had earlier confirmed reports of transgression by Chinese troops at Barahoti in Chamoli district, has now done a volte face on the incident. Rawat said that the presence of Chinese soldiers have increased in the area, but these could not be described as an intrusion. He added that there is no need to panic as necessary steps are already been taken in this regard.
