Delhi-based special cell to curb human trafficking: Raman Singh

Raipur, Aug 24 (ANI): In a bid to escalate smart policing, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh on Wednesday informed that a Delhi-based special cell will be established to curb the rampant human trafficking in the state. Emphasising on the need for making Chhattisgarh police technically advanced, Singh said that around 6000 Assistant Sub Inspectors will be provided with smartphones to enhance their public connectivity. He also said that ambulances and emergency vehicles will be provided at several police stations to speed up the police procedures. The Chief Minister was interacting with the media after chairing a conference of the Superintendent of Police in the capital city Raipur.
