New Delhi, Aug 02 (ANI): Boxer Mary Kom on Tuesday appealed to the Chairman of the Rajya Sabha to initiate steps to increase the budget for facilities and food supplements for the Rio Olympic-bound Indian contingent. She claimed that food supplements were yet to reach the players who have started training for the games. Kom also wished the Rio-Olympic 2016 bound contingent good luck. Sports MoS independent charge Vijay goel said that Kom’s appeal would be given due consideration. Mary Com was nominated as a member to Rajya Sabha earlier in April.
