New Delhi, Sep 28 (ANI): After pulling out from the SAARC Summit to be hosted in Pakistan in November, Bangladesh High Commissioner to India, Syed Muazzem, on Wednesday said after the recent Uri terror attack, the situation is not conducive enough to hold the summit. He added that Pakistan being a part of SAARC has to contribute to regional harmony.
