New Delhi, Sep 30 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday said that just like the Satyagraha Movement helped to get freedom from colonisation, the ‘Swachhagraha’ would make India dirt free. Modi, who was speaking at the Indian Sanitation Conference (INDOSAN), urged the citizens of India to create the atmosphere towards cleanliness, adding that the budget allocation alone cannot help clean the nation.
