Trivandrum, Sep 24 (AN): A group of Youth Congress workers on Saturday staged a protest outside the Kerala Secretariat in Trivandrum with regard to the self-financing medical colleges’ agreement issue. The protest turned violent with protestors entering the Secretariat premises following which the Police used water cannons to disperse them.
