1st International Agro-Biodiversity Congress kicks off

New Delhi, Nov 06 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday inaugurated the first-ever International Agro-Biodiversity Congress at Vigyan Bhavan in the national capital today. The Prime Minister called on the need for change in consciousness to speed up the preservation process of the agro-biodiversity. Estimated to be attended by 900 delegates from 60 countries, the event aims to initiate a dialogue between stakeholders, including farmers. The congress will brainstorm on how conserving agro-biodiversity can give ways to achieve sustainable development.
