Moradabad, Dec 03 (ANI): Asserting that he did not fight elections from Uttar Pradesh to win parliament elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday said that he stepped in the state to make it poverty-free and usher in development. He added that development is the key to solving all issues in the society.
