New Delhi, Jan 19 (ANI): Finance Minister Arun Jaitley kicked off the Union Budget 2017-18 printing process by participating in the traditional Halwa Ceremony in New Delhi. The ritual has existed for a long time where Halwa is served to the entire staff of the ministry. Many other dignitaries were also present at the event including Finance Secretary Ashok Lavasa and Revenue Secretary Hasmukh Adhia.
