Tulips garden ready to welcome tourists in Kashmir Valley

Srinagar, Mar 28 (ANI): The tulip garden is ready to welcome tourists who are waiting for tulip season in the Kashmir valley to see the Asia’s beautiful tulip garden. The garden will be thrown open for public on April 1. The garden is located in the vicinity of Dal Lake in Srinagar and attracts millions of tourists every year. Some early varieties of tulip flowers have already started blooming and in coming days there will be full Tulip Bloom in the Tulip garden. Last year, due to unrest tourism season was badly hit and now tourism players hope that with the opening of Tulip garden, tourism sector will get some Philip. The Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip Garden was opened in 2008 with the aim of boosting tourism and floriculture in the province.
