Tourists rush to Shimla as mercury touches 40 degrees C in parts of northern India

Shimla (Himachal Pradesh), May 16 (ANI): Soaring temperature in plains is making tourists rush to the hills. Shimla, which is presently experiencing a cloudy weather, is turning out to be a great relief for the visitors coming from the states experiencing high rise in temperatures. The hill state capital is supposed to have thunderstorm along with rain in the coming days as forecasted by the Meteorological Department. Reportedly, the increasing tourism is leading to an increase in profit for the local businesses.
