The Results for Common Admission Test (CAT) 2013, conducted by IIMs is would be declared by January 14, 2014. The Results would be available on the official website of CAT.
CAT 2013, which was conducted between October 16 and November 11, witnessed as many as 1,94,516 candidates.
Performance in CAT 2013 examination is an important component in the admission process of 13 Indian Institutes of Management and several other premiere B-Schools of the country. Â Candidates are shortlisted by IIMs based on their CAT Scores for next level of selection process.
The Merit List of shortlisted candidates  is made available on the individual IIM websites. Each IIM will send interview letters to the candidates it has short-listed. The criteria for short-listing varies from IIM to IIM.
Across all IIMs, 115 seats were added for B-School admissions this year, taking the total tally to 3,335 seats.
