Seoul, May 18 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi and South Korea President Park Geun-hye on Monday gave a joint statement in Seoul. Geun-hye stated that both the countries have agreed to pursue more systematic cooperation in the political and security arena by strengthening collaboration channels.
Meanwhile, Modi stated that India considers South Korea a crucial partner in India’s modernization. He added that he is pleased to upgrade the bilateral relationship to ‘Special Strategic Partnership’.
An agreement signing ceremony was also held before the press conference.
