No Account of Money Usage in Bihar, says PM Narendra Modi

Bhagalpur, Sep 01 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday addressed a rally in Bhagalapur as part of BJP’s election campaign in Bihar. Modi directly raised questions on Bihar government’s use of money allotted by the Centre as well as that collected as taxes by the state itself.

Modi said that there is no account of the usage of money as despite having lots of funds nothing was invested in the developmental work in Bihar. He said that after the Centre announced a package for Bihar, the state government came up with its own funds. Modi then raised the question whether they had saved some extra money for fodder, indirectly attacking at fodder scam by RJD Chief Lalu Prasad Yadav. PM said that after PM’s previous rallies, the government was forced to take the path of development. Modi also raised questions on steps taken towards health sector in the state.
