Madhubani, Nov 01 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday addressed a rally in Bihar’s Madhubani area as fourth phase of polling is underway in seven other districts. Modi warned the people that ‘jungle-raj’ of RJD Chief Lalu Prasad Yadav and ‘Jantar mantar’ of Nitish Kumar will together destroy Bihar. Modi said there was wave in favour of the NDA while the voting for the fourth phase of elections is underway.
