Rajouri (Jammu and Kashmir), Dec 25 (ANI): Little or no rain and recurring absence of snowfall has resulted in huge loss of crops in the higher reaches of Pirpanjal. Lack of proper water resources has resulted in agricultural loss. Last year, Pirpanjal received s good amount of snowfall with the Mughal Road being closed for a month but this year the dry weather has changed the scenario.
