New Delhi, Jan 04 (ANI): Traffic movement was thrown out of gear, rail and flight operations disrupted and residents struggled to carry on with their morning routines amid biting cold as parts of northern India were engulfed by thick fog on Wednesday. Reduced visibility led to the delay of trains, rescheduling and cancellation at New Delhi Railway Station. Clueless about the arrival of their trains, some passengers, left with no choice, spent the night at the station amid teeth-chattering cold.
