Mumbai, June 27 (ANI): Heavy rains lashed Mumbai and many main parts of the city causing problem of traffic snarl at important junctures. Due to waterlogging, traffic slowed down in major parts of the city. Commuters faced inconvenience as they waded through the waterlogged streets in many places and vehicles were stranded for a long time due to traffic congestion. Meanwhile, the locals appealed the state government to take preventive measures to eradicate water from the residential areas. Heavy showers and cloud cover dropped the temperature in the state.
