Moradabad (Uttar Pradesh), June 13 (ANI): The Moradabad Police started a unique initiative to raise awareness among traffic offenders. The policemen made the traffic offenders wear garlands and administered them an oath to wear a helmet in future. The people seem to appreciate the police’s effort and said they have realised their mistake. Every year, thousands of people lose their lives by violating traffic rules and driving without wearing a helmet.
