Geneva, April 24 (ANI): Exiled Kashmiri leader Shaukat Ali Kashmiri has accused the Pakistan Army of backing dreaded terrorist organizations like Lashkar-e-Taiba and Hizb-ul-Mujahideen and using them as its proxies.
