Patna (Bihar), Oct 16 (ANI): Commenting over the incident where a few police officers were spotted sleeping during a law and order briefing ahead of the Durga Puja, Patna Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Police Rajesh Kumar said “Policemen who were sleeping had come after night duty and hadn’t slept for 24 hourrs straight. They aren’t at fault. They were attentive but might have dozed off for 2-3 min. They are humans after all.”
